Any changes or cancellation of registrations must be made in email to the JRAIA Symposium Registration Secretariat (jraia2018-gb@kntcthd.co.jp). Please note that no refunds of the registration fee and welcome reception fee will be made for any reasons.
If the Symposium is cancelled due to the discretion of the organizer, full refund will be made to all participants.
Invoice and payment receipt will be able to issue online after the registration completed.
